To celebrate the release of GREENHOUSE, the new film by Joost Bakker, Mount Zero are giving away a double pass to the preview screening at The Sun Theatre, Yarraville on Saturday November 5 at 6.30pm, with guests Joost Bakker and Jeremy McLeod.

This inspiring feature documentary follows Joost, an internationally renowned zero waste campaigner, working with acclaimed chefs Matt Stone and Jo Barrett to build a self-sustaining home; an ecosystem that provides its occupants with food, water, shelter and energy.

The first ever restaurant to receive Mount Zero olive oil in a returnable vessel (the same stainless steel drums we currently use) was Silo by Joost in 2011 – and we've been big fans ever since. We have rolled out the program to many restaurants across Melbourne over the following decade, and in the past year alone, this has saved the packaging of 7000L of olive oil. We're also proud to have worked with Matt and Jo at Silo, Oakridge Winery and Greenhouse, and they have each pushed Mount Zero to be better when it comes to sustainability and particularly our waste stream.
